Do the most.

I’ve been thinking about how often we settle for doing the minimum…

…for ourselves, for others, for the world. I think we have convinced ourselves that the minimum is enough, or we think we are just stretched too thin to give anymore. But what if, instead of asking “What’s the least I can do in this situation,” we asked a different question:

“What’s the most I can do?”

Not the most to burn myself out. Not the most to prove something. But the most I can give, with the resources I have, from a place of openness and heart.

We may think that giving more will cost us, but what actually happens is the opposite. When you step outside of ego and open your heart, your soul expands, opportunities expand and life expands!

Maybe you’re invited to dinner but can’t afford to bring wine. Bring flowers from your garden. Write a blessing for their home. Share a custom playlist for the evening. Offer what you have. Even the smallest gesture, when offered with fullness, carries an energy that elevates the room.

I believe the life I am living today was built on those moments when I asked, “What’s the most I can bring to this situation?” Even when I felt maxed out. Especially then.

This way of showing up is contagious. It raises the vibration of the spaces around you. People feel it. They catch it. It ripples outward.

So today I invite you to ask:

✨ What’s the most I can do with what I have right now?

It doesn’t have to be big to be powerful. Every act of generosity expands you, lifts others, and ultimately makes the world better.

And that’s…Good to Know!
