Nature is the Mirror

We are not separate from nature.

It’s worth considering that the natural world has always been offering us a blueprint.

Nature’s lessons are all around us when we take the time to consider them.

Looking at the ants, I see them connected to a shared purpose and common goals without overthinking. Just contribution and trust. There’s something to learn there about community, about letting go of the need to do everything alone.

Looking at the bears, I see honoring rest without apology. Retreating when it’s time to restore, without having to earn it. Imagine what shifts when we stop treating rest as a reward and start recognizing it as wisdom. This one might be my favorite.

And then the beautiful flowers that never force themselves to bloom out of season. They remind us that growth is not always visible, and that timing is something to trust because we simply can not control it.

We’ve been conditioned to override these rhythms. To push and produce. But nature doesn’t operate that way, and we were not designed to either.

We can learn many wonderful lessons from observing the natural world. I hope you will take some time this weekend to do just that.

Nature is always speaking.

And that’s…Good to Know!
