Have FUN!

Here’s a question I want you to really think about:

When was the last time you had fun just because you wanted to?

Not because you checked every item off your to-do list. Not because it was your birthday. Not because you “earned it.”
Just because you’re a human being, and feeling good is reason enough.

If you’re drawing a blank, you’re not alone. Somewhere along the way, we learned that fun is optional. That joy is something you fit in after you’ve handled all your responsibilities. That play is childish.

And so we got serious.
We grew up.
We became excellent at achieving—and not so great at being.

But here’s what I need you to remember:

Fun isn’t a reward for a life well-lived.
It’s the fuel that helps you live it well.

Fun is not something you need to justify.
It’s part of your purpose.

You’ve been taught that your value lies in your productivity. That your worth is measured by your output. That joy is something to be earned. I think that’s wrong.

I think fun is the secret ingredient!
Your flow, your creativity, your magnetism all expand when you give yourself permission to enjoy your own life.

Because here’s the truth:
When you’re having fun, you’re in alignment.
You become magnetic. You stop chasing, and you start attracting because you’re showing up more you than ever before.

Fun is anything that brings you back to yourself.
It doesn’t have to be loud. It doesn’t have to be big.
It just has to be real.

It’s okay to start small.
Smile at someone for no reason.
Put on that song that makes you want to dance.
Text a friend a ridiculous meme.
Take the long way home.
Let joy interrupt your schedule and before you know it you will be singing with strangers in the cereal aisle because you love the song that just came on!

Fun isn’t frivolous. It’s fuel.
Joy isn’t selfish. It’s essential.

You don’t need anything to change in order to access it.

You are not here to just get through life.
You are here to enjoy it.
You are here to inspire others by being fully alive.

And that’s…Good to Know!
